Crock Pot Barbecue Beef Recipe

• 2 1/2 - 3 pound chuck roast
• 1 (15 ounce.) bottle barbecue sauce
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 onion, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook on high till brown; then turn to low heat.
2. Cook 6 to 8 hrs.
3. Chop meat.
