Mentaiko Mayonnaise Cucumber Boats

• 1 Cucumber
• 1 packages Mentaiko or tarako
• 1 Mayonnaise

1. Remove the membranes from the mentaiko.
2. Slice the cucumber and then remove the white pith with a spoon.
3. This makes it easier to top the mentaiko.
4. Place the mentaiko on top and cut the cucumber into large pieces.
5. Arrange them on a plate.
6. They are delicious as-is.
7. But it's perfect with a squeeze of mayonnaise!
