Chocolate Chip Egg Nog Balls Recipe
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon brandy or possibly brandy flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Nestle's little bits
- 1/4 c. finely minced pecans
- In large bowl combine cream cheese, brandy, cream, salt, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg.
- Beat till creamy.
- Stir in little bits.
- Refrigerate5 min.
- Roll into balls, then roll in pecans.
