Bisquick's Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 x egg
• 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
• 1/2 c. minced walnuts
• 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix butter or possibly margarine, sugar and egg together.
3. Stir in baking mix, nuts, and chocolate chips.
4. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
5. Bake about 10 min, or possibly till lightly browned.
