Easy Tuna Pot Pie
- 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained and cut into quarters
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
- Heat oven to 425u0b0.
- Prepare pie crust mix as directed on package for one crust pie.
- Shape pastry into flattened square on lightly floured cloth-covered surface.
- Roll pastry into 8-inch square.
- Cut small slits in pastry.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
- Cover with pastry.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
- Yields 6 servings.
