Pan Seared Pork Chops
- 2 Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Bacon Grease or Cooking Oil
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combined all spices in small bowl or spice shaker and sprinkle on both sides of pork chops to your liking.
- Add oil to pan and heat to medium high heat.
- Add one chop at a time to prevent splashing or a steam from over crowding pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side then transfer to small foiled cookie sheet.
- Heat in oven for approximately 7-10min.
- Oven times vary so check at 5 minute mark for doneness.
- Once done, let it rest for a few before digging in.
