Blueberry Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees; grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan.
  2. Wash and drain blueberries.
  3. Combine all ingredients, except the blueberries.
  4. Mix till well blended.
  5. Gently mix in berries.
  6. Spread batter in prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 min till bread tests done with a toothpick.
  8. Cold in pan about 10 min, then remove.
  9. Note: For a 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan, reduce water to 1/2 c.. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
  10. Makes 1 (9 x 5 inch) loaf.
