Garides (Prawns) saganaki

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  2. Saute the onions, then add the garlic, tomatos, tomato paste, all the spices snd the white wine.
  3. Let all ingredients simmer for 15 minutes until a nice, thick sauce is formed.
  4. Add the prawns and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. After you remove the pan from heat and while the contents are hot, crumble the feta cheese in and stir well.
  6. Serve immediately with saffroned basmati!
