Spinach, Bacon & Pear Salad

• 1 pkg. (6 oz. ) fresh spinach leaves
• 2 pears, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
• 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnut Halves
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1. Toss spinach with pears, cheese and bacon in large bowl.
2. Sprinkle with nuts.
3. Drizzle with dressing.
