COOL 'N EASY Orange Refrigerator Pie

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup.
  4. Add to jelly; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Whisk in Cool Whip until blended.
  7. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until mixture is thick enough to mound.
  9. Stir in zest.
  10. Spoon into crust.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
