Chocolate Yogurt Creme Pudding

  1. In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin.
  2. Gradually stir in milk.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Add yogurt and vanilla.
  7. Blend gently until just well combined.
  8. Pour into dessert dishes.
  9. Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
  10. Top with fruit if you want to do so.
  11. Enjoy!
