Christy Jordan's Taco Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 13x9inch baking dish with Pam.
  3. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
  4. Return beef to skillet.
  5. Add seasoning mix, 1 1/2 c water and beans; cook over medium-low heat until most of liquid has evaporated, approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Spoon into prepared dish; top with cheese.
  7. Bake until cheese melts, approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Top with tortilla chips, lettuce, tomato and green onion.
  9. Serve and top with favorite salsa.
