Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In small bowl measure out flour, baking soda, salt, oatmeal and oat bran.
  3. In large bowl cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till smooth.
  5. Gradually add in dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in raisins.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8-10 min.
  9. Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
