Delicious Chocolate Banana Mousse
- 30 grams Chocolate bar (milk chocolate)
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin (the type that doesn't need to be soaked)
- 80 ml Milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 1/2 Banana
- 60 ml Lowfat whipping cream
- 15 grams Sugar
- 1 Whipped cream
- 1 Bananas, strawberries, etc
- Slice the bananas and arrange on the bottom of the ramekins.
- Mash the banana.
- Chop up the chocolate.
- Put the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the chocolate and gelatin and mix well.
- Once the gelatin has dissolved, remove from the heat.
- Add the mashed banana to Step 2, then set in ice water to cool.
- Add the sugar to the heavy cream and whip until soft peaks form.
- Add to the cooled mixture and combine.
- Pour into the ramekins and chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Garnish as you like with fruits.
- Yogurt and Cream Cheese Tiramisu.
- Chocolate Banana Tart.
- Strawberry Tart.
