Sour Cream Muffins

  1. Cream butter; stir in sour cream.
  2. Gradually add biscuit mix, stirring just until moistened.
  3. Spoon into lightly greased minature muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
