Sour Cream Muffins
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- Cream butter; stir in sour cream.
- Gradually add biscuit mix, stirring just until moistened.
- Spoon into lightly greased minature muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
