Crustless Quiche
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 12 cups heavy cream
- 5 green onions, snipped with scissors
- 14 cup leek, thinly sliced
- 12 cup broccoli, steamed or 12 cup leftover broccoli
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 34 cup cooked chicken or 34 cup ham or 34 cup crabmeat
- 1 12 cups swiss cheese or 1 12 cups cheddar cheese or 1 12 cups monterey jack cheese
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In large bowl beat eggs, add cream, mix.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour egg mixture into a greased 9" or 10 " pie plate.
- Place pie plate into a large baking dish and pour hot water into the dish around the pie plate to a depth of 1 inch.
- Bake quiche in the oven for 40 minute or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven.
- Let stand for ten minutes.
