Bbq Spareribs Recipe

  1. Boil ribs, simmer these for 45 minutes.
  2. Let cold.
  3. SAUCE: Mean will mix together.
  4. When the meat is cooked, put in a big dish, (I use two, If you have no covers, cover with plastic wrap) Add in the sauce and mix well to cover every piece of rib.
  5. Cover.
  6. Let marinate 8 to 24 hrs.
  7. (I know it's long but...)
  8. They can be cooked on the BBQ.
  9. but I'm sure also in the oven.
  10. BBQ cooking time is 25-30 minutes.
  11. I do not know where you are in Canada, but I'm in Quebec and (not to get any jealous reactions) but our BBQ is closed in, there is a window I can open, we BBQ all year round.
