Cooked Strawberry Jelly - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush strawberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Place prepared strawberries in jelly bag; hang and let drip into bowl until dripping stops.
  3. Press bag gently to remove any remaining juices.
  4. Measure exactly 3-3/4 cups prepared juice into large saucepan.
  5. Stir in lemon juice.
  6. Add sugar; mix well.
  7. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Immediately stir in liquid pectin.
  10. Stir and skim foam for 5 min.
  11. Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of rims.
  12. Cover with lids.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or set.
