Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe

• 2 pound boneless, skinless chicken
• 1 (12 ounce.) can mushrooms
• 1 sm. onion
• Oshidas gourmet sauce

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place 1/2 can of mushrooms in bottom of 2 qt casserole dish.
3. Dip chicken in gourmet sauce, sufficient to coat it and place in casserole dish.
4. Chop onion and place on top of chicken.
5. Layer the other 1/2 of the can of mushrooms on top.
6. Pour gourmet sauce over top to your taste, approximately 1/4 c.. Bake 45 to 60 min till chicken is cooked well.
