Thai-Style Baked Chicken with Fish Sauce
- 6 Chicken wing (or any chicken parts you want)
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 dash Lemon
- 1 Coriander
- Put the chicken meat, sliced garlic, and fish sauce in a thick plastic bag.
- Rub the sauce and garlic lightly into the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the chicken or cook on a grill until golden brown.
- Serve them on the plate with coriander and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
