Fast and Dirty Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

• 2 (16 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips

1. Buy a pre-made chocolate crust.
2. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs and yolk, stir in vanilla.
4. Fold in chips.
5. Put in pre-made chocolate crust.
6. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
