Green Bean Gratin Topped with STOVE TOP
- 2 gal. fresh green beans, trimmed, cut, blanched
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 qt. canned condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 1 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
- Toss green beans with butter.
- Spoon 2 cups into each casserole dish.
- Combine soup, milk and Neufchatel in saucepan.
- Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring until well blended.
- Pour about 4 oz.
- over beans in each dish; stir to coat beans.
- Top with 1/3 cup stuffing mix.
- Bake in 450 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
- or until crumbs are golden brown.
