Chinese Sausage Salad

  1. Fill metal steamer half full with water; bring to boil on high heat.
  2. Place sausage on heatproof plate; place in steamer.
  3. Cover steamer.
  4. Steam sausage 10 min.
  5. Remove from steamer; cool 5 min.
  6. Cut sausage diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place in large bowl.
  7. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and dressing; mix lightly.
  8. Transfer to platter; top with coriander.
