Big Mama La'dass Creamy Egg and Caraway Soup

  1. Melt margarine and add flour.
  2. Mix well and brown until golden.
  3. Add caraway seeds and add water, mixing slowly.
  4. Add enough water so that you have enough liquid to cook the noodles and and it still be soupy.
  5. Add noodles and cook for several minutes.
  6. Break 6 eggs into the soup very carefully.
  7. Don't break yolks.
  8. Continue to simmer until the eggs are hard and the noodles are tender.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste and add vinegar to taste.
