Easy No Cook Buttercream Recipe

• 2 12 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
• 16 ounces marshmallow creme, - 1 large container

1. Whip butter on high with a stand mixer until fluffy (at least 5 minutes) using a flat beater.
2. Add marshmallow creme and whip again on high for at least 5 minutes until well incorporated and fluffy and then lower the speed to medium/slow until you get a smooth texture.
3. Mix in melted chocolate or concentrated coffee for different flavors.
