Grand Marnier Cranberry Truffles

  1. Heat sauce and butter till warmed and melted.
  2. Add chips and stir till combined and smooth.
  3. Add Grand Marnier and zest.
  4. Add optional ginger for a nice kick!
  5. Stir till all smooth.
  6. Chill till firm.
  7. Meanwhile toss zest into cocoa, Place in a large zip lock bag set aside.
  8. When ganache is firm cut or scoop an amount to make large marble sized truffles.
  9. Shake a couple at a time in cocoa to coat and reshape.
  10. Place into candy cup holders.
  11. Continue till all are coated.
  12. Serve at room temperature.
