Poohrona's Low Calorie Pita Pizza
- 1 pita bread, whole wheat
- 18 cup pizza sauce, canned
- 1 slice turkey meat, fat free
- 14 red onion, sliced
- 14 green bell pepper, sliced
- 5 black olives, sliced
- 12 cup mushroom, sliced
- 13 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- Put pita on baking sheet and put sauce and meat and vegetables.
- Top with cheese and bake 350 for 10-15 minutes or until desired tenderness of vegetables has been achieved.
- I like mine a little crunchy.
