Lemon Butter

  1. In a medium saucepan whisk by hand eggs and egg yolks
  2. Add sugar, whisk again by hand to combined
  3. Add lemon zest ane juice
  4. Place on medium heat stove top
  5. Add butter and continue to whisk by hand until thickens around 30 minutes
  6. Allow to cool slightly before pooring into clean sterilized jar...
  7. Enjoy.... i usually tripple the recipe to make around 3 jars because it doesn't last long in our house :)
