Chocolate Coated Bananas

  1. Heat Karo syrup, cornstarch / cocoa mixture in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continously until a slow boil, simmer about 1 minute.
  2. Remove syrup from heat.
  3. Pour syrup into a serving bowl.
  4. Peel and slice bananas into rounds or chunks, insert toothpicks/ skewers into banana pieces.
  5. Dip banana sides or drizzle syrup over them.
  6. Serve.
