Robin's Cornbread
- 1 1/2 cup Fine Corn Meal
- 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- In a large bowl, add corn meal, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and stir together.
- Whisk the milk, oil, and eggs.
- Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Pour the corn bread mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Stick a toothpick in the center to make sure it's thoroughly cooked.
- It's finished if the toothpick is clean.
