Frijole Dip

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the onion, garlic, chilli powder and cumin for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is tender.
  2. Add Vegemite*, beans and tomatoes and cook for a further 10 - 15 minutes or until liquid reduces and the mixture is thick.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
