Double Chocolate Walnut Brownies
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips 73% Cacao, Plus 1/3 Cup To Sprinkle Over Batter
- 1/4 cups Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Agave Nectar
- 1/4 cups Grapeseed Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- Place 1/2 cup chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until the consistency of coarse sand.
- Pulse in coconut flour, salt and baking soda until combined.
- Pulse in eggs, agave, grapeseed oil and vanilla.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle walnuts and remaining chocolate chips over the batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 2530 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
