Oven BBQ Ribs

  1. Trim off excess fat from ribs.
  2. Place in large ovenproof pan and add liquid.
  3. Place onion slices over ribs.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Place in oven and cook 2-3 hours at 250.
  6. Mix all ingredients for sauce.
  7. Uncover carefully and check ribs.
  8. Pour sauce over ribs and recover.
  9. Cook until almost falling apart.
  10. Could be another 2-3 hours.
  11. Raise heat to 300- 350 and take off cover.
  12. Cook for 30 minutes.
  13. Don't let it dry out.
