Grilled Romanesco with Anchovies

  1. Break apart the romanesco into bite-sized pieces.
  2. To keep the shape of the florets, try to avoid using a knife.
  3. Grill the romanesco until browned (about 5 minutes).
  4. Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.
  5. Once fragrant, add the anchovies.
  6. Use a wooden spoon to break apart the anchovies while cooking over low heat.
  7. Add the grilled romanesco from Step 2 to the pan from.
  8. Quickly toss and then it's done.
  9. Enjoy it while it's hot.
