Calamari Recipe

  1. Clean squid.
  2. Cook in boiling salted water till tender; drain.
  3. Cut into squares; set aside.
  4. Heat butter in skillet; stir in flour.
  5. Combine lowfat sour cream & water; gradually add in to flour mix, stirring till smooth & thickened.
  6. Add in squid, lemon juice, salt, pepper & sugar; heat to serve piping warm.
