Saute Citrus

• 1 grapefruit
• 1 orange
• 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 5 ml olive oil

1. Peel and segment the grapefruit, orange and lemon.
2. Saute lightly with olive oil and vanilla essence on a non-stick pan.
