Chinese Shrimp & Peas Recipe
- 1 pound lg. shrimp, shelled & cleaned
- 1 box frzn peas
- 1 sm. can button mushrooms
- 2 stalks scallion, minced
- Cut shrimp in 1/2 inch pcs, add in sauce and let it marinate.
- Meanwhile, cook peas in boiling water for 10 min, drain.
- Heat 3 Tbsp.
- oil and clove of garlic.
- Remove garlic and add in shrimp.
- Stir fry for 3 min, add in peas and mushroom and 1/2 c. water.
- Cover and cook 2 min.
- Serve with green onion sprinkled on top.
