Chinese Shrimp & Peas Recipe

  1. Cut shrimp in 1/2 inch pcs, add in sauce and let it marinate.
  2. Meanwhile, cook peas in boiling water for 10 min, drain.
  3. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  4. oil and clove of garlic.
  5. Remove garlic and add in shrimp.
  6. Stir fry for 3 min, add in peas and mushroom and 1/2 c. water.
  7. Cover and cook 2 min.
  8. Serve with green onion sprinkled on top.
