Caesar Shrimp And Pasta Recipe
- 8 ounce Ziti, mostaccioli or possibly other medium pasta shape, uncooked
- 3 c. broccoli florets
- 1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. bottled light Caesar salad dressing
- 12 ounce uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp crushed red warm pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; 3 min before pasta is done, add in broccoli.
- While pasta is cooking, heat 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add in shrimp and pepper flakes; stir-fry 3 to 4 min or possibly till shrimp is opaque.
- Drain pasta and broccoli; transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add in remaining 1/3 c. dressing and shrimp mix; toss well.
- Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
- Servings: 4
