Mint Giddy-Up Shake

• 6 ounces double shot espresso
• 14 ounces mint chocolate chip ice cream
• whipped cream

1. Pour double shot of hot espresso in blender Add 4 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
2. Blend until all ice cream is desolved.
3. Pour into 16oz glass.
4. Top with whip cream.
