Spaghetti & Meatballs

  1. Boil pasta al dente in salted water according to package.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, heat the oil and add the sofrito, add the meatballs, the tomato basil sauce, sazon, granulated garlic and italian seasoning.
  3. Let it simmer around 7 minutes.
  4. Mix the 4 cheese sauce with the spaghetti and serve with the meatballs on top.
  5. Add the ricotta cheese and chives.
  6. Enjoy!
