Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 1 packages spaghetti
- 3 dash salt
- 1 jar of 4 cheese sauce
- 1 1/2 dash olive oil
- 1/2 packages frozen italian style meatballs
- 1 can del monte basil & tomato pasta sauce
- 1 tbsp sofrito
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 packages sazon
- 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 bunch chopped chives
- Boil pasta al dente in salted water according to package.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat the oil and add the sofrito, add the meatballs, the tomato basil sauce, sazon, granulated garlic and italian seasoning.
- Let it simmer around 7 minutes.
- Mix the 4 cheese sauce with the spaghetti and serve with the meatballs on top.
- Add the ricotta cheese and chives.
- Enjoy!
