Perfect! Vanilla Soy Pudding

• 1 (12 1/3 ounce) packagemori-nu firm silken tofu, crumbled
• 1 small banana, very ripe
• 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate, thawed
• 1 tablespoon sugar (3-4 tsp)
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. After dissolving the sugar in the water --
2. Blend all till creamy smooth!
