Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. Baste pork with oil.
  2. Season with season salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Add about 1/2-3/4 inch of water.
  5. Cover and cook on low until meat easily shreds with forks.
  6. About 8 hours.
  7. Once meat is shredded, add BBQ sauce and mix well.
  8. Heat on high until heated through.
