Crunchy Salad With Peanut Dressing Recipe

  1. Place cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts, scallions and celery in a medium bowl and toss.
  2. In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and pareve lowfat milk together with a fork till well blended (this will be very thick).
  3. Add in the lemon, ginger, garlic, honey, Tabasco sauce, water and salt and mix well (a little more pareve lowfat milk may be added if a slightly thinner consistency is desired).
  4. Toss the salad with the dressing.
  5. Divide the salad proportionately among the dishes.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serves 6.
