Blueberries Muffins
- 1 3/4 cup White flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- Preheat oven to 400AF
- Line 12cup baking sheet with paper cups
- In one bowl mix dry ingredients
- In other bowl mix milk, yogurt and the egg.
- Beat to blend well with a whisker
- Add the dry ingredients in once.
- Mix with spoon gently.
- Add dusted blueberries, not over mix.
- Fill cups to the top bake for 18 minutes
