Blueberry Tea Cake

  1. Cream butter
  2. Add sugar and egg yolk.
  3. Add alternately flour and milk
  4. Add well beaten egg whites
  5. Divide mix in half.
  6. Place half in bottom of pan and cover with floured berries place remaining batter over berries.
  7. Cook for 25 minutes on 350.
  8. When cool dust with icing sugar
