Oatmeal-Applesauce Bread

• 2 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/4 cup oatmeal
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 58 cups water
• 1 teaspoon yeast, active dry

1. Bake (Rapid) mode may be used.
2. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.
3. Add liquid ingredients.
4. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
5. Press start.
