Pumpkin Brownies

  1. In mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, eggs, oil& vanilla until well mixed.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, stir into pumpkin mixture& mix well.
  3. Pour into greased 15" X 10" X 1" pan.
  4. Bake 350* for 20-25 minutes or done when tested with toothpick.
  5. Frost brownies.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
  7. Makes 5- 6 dozen.
  8. NOTES: ICING: Beat butter, cream cheese, vanilla& milk until smooth.
  9. Add powdered sugar, mix well.
