Curry Chicken With Pearl Onions

  1. Saute chicken in olive oil until no longer pink in center.
  2. Remove from pan and slice in thin strips.
  3. Peel onions and saute in oil (in same pan you used for chicken).
  4. Add curry, garlic, and chili paste.
  5. Saute until onions are translucent.
  6. Return sliced chicken to pan and stir in wine and tomato sauce.
  7. Let simmer for 15 minutes and serve.
