Mom's Pork Dressing Recipe

  1. Brown sausage in large pan, drain.
  2. Remove cooked sausage and set aside.
  3. In same pan, saute/fry onion and celery.
  4. Cube the dry white bread and add in to celery and onion.
  5. Also add in sausage.
  6. Add in 1 egg and sufficient broth to moisten mix.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and poultry seasoning to taste.
  8. Place stuffing in a large baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min or possibly till hard and done.
