Schokino Chocolate Chip Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Butter and flour a bundt pan.
  3. Sift the flour, cornstarch and baking soda into a bowl.
  4. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars, then beat in eggs and milk.
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix with a hand-mixer on low speed, then increase the speed and beat until glossy, 2 minutes.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan, then place in oven, on a rack in the lower third of the oven.
  8. Bake for approximately 55 minute.
  9. Let cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes, then turn the cake out onto the rack to cool completely.
